Note: You are renting a private home and great care has been taken to restore these units to high end quality rentals. You are expected to treat them with care and respect, and by renting any unit you agree to be responsible for abnormal wear or damage repair costs.

Flexible arrival and departure times off season

Off season rental reservation deposit required prior to arrival

Summer Weekly rentals with Saturday Arrival and Departure

Summer Rentals, Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival

Check out time 11:00am, check in time 4:00pm

Your security deposit is mailed back to you 2 days after checkout

Bedding / linen charges may apply at a small cost upon request

No Smoking, please smoke outside & clean up your butts!!!

No pets, they cause allergy problem for future tenants

Absolutely No Parties or loud evening activity, family neighborhood.

Violations of rental terms/rules are cause for immediate eviction and forfeiture of any or all rents paid or due.

 

Check out is at 11:00 Please be out, the cleaning crew will be there. A minimum $50 or more (per hour or any portion thereof) will be charged for late check outs.
